1. Introduction

Welcome to J&J Luxe Clean. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

J&J Luxe Clean offers professional residential and office cleaning services including but not limited to: Eco Fresh Clean, Routine Radiance, Home Luxe Clean, Thorough Touch Clean, Lease End Clean, and Office Care packages.

3. Booking and Confirmation
  • Bookings must be confirmed through our official channels (website, phone, or email).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are quoted based on the scope and frequency of cleaning.
  • Payment is due as agreed at booking or upon completion of service unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
  • Additional services or changes during cleaning may incur extra charges.
5. Access to Property
  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If no access is provided, a re-visit fee may apply.
  • Clients must ensure any valuables or fragile items are secured as J&J Luxe Clean is not responsible for damage or loss.
6. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

J&J Luxe Clean supplies all necessary cleaning materials unless otherwise agreed. If clients provide supplies, we reserve the right to refuse using substandard or unsafe products.

7. Liability and Damages
  • While we strive for excellent service, J&J Luxe Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
  • Any damage caused directly by our staff due to negligence must be reported within 24 hours.
  • We will investigate and, where applicable, compensate for damages fairly.
8. Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any hazards on the property (pets, chemicals, unsafe conditions). J&J Luxe Clean staff reserve the right to refuse or stop work if safety is at risk.

9. Privacy

We respect client privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Photos or videos taken during service for marketing require client consent.

10. Complaints and Feedback

Please notify us of any service issues within 24 hours. We will endeavor to rectify any problems promptly.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

J&J Luxe Clean reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
